Due to the success of our current pre-orders, MMG is pleased to announce an extra 60 units available for pre-order. These units as described before do not come with the G25 adaptor/mounts, however they will become available soon for ordering. We would also further like to announce the official RRP (Regular Retail Price) for the units for sale. While our pre-order price is 75 Euro per unit, this price is a special pre-order price and the units will have a higher price come February when we begin selling. RRP can be viewed below for when Pre-Orders end and full sales begin.
If you wish to get your hands on these units, even with the Standalone adapter further down the road, pre-ordering is your best bet. As the special pre-order price for the Desktop unit is 75 euro, and the standalone G25 adaptor is 30 euro when released, you will be paying only 105 euro all up for the G25 version which will sell for 120 in February, or 130 for those of you who buy the desktop unit after pre-orders end and then upgrade with the standalone adaptor. Now is your chance to get the best deal.
The MMG SimRDisp7X Standalone Adaptor works with the Desktop unit which all Pre-Orders are. For those of you who have Pre-Ordered and wish to acquire the G25 adaptor/mount, you will need to purchase the MMG SimRDisp7X Standalone Adaptor to convert your desktop unit to the G25 unit. (Only Enclosure changes)
All pre-orders paid for by the 20th of January will be shipped out by the 27th of January (subject to postal service which can have a 2-4 day delay). When ordering through our store, please be sure to complete the paypal payment, if paypal payment is not completed when ordering the status will remain pending for 24 hours and then deleted by the system.
We are also pleased to announce that compatibility with LFS is coming soon as we are working on the plugin files for LFS. For all you Simbin fans, unfortunately at the current time the units are still not available for Simbin titles. Simbin have yet to provide any plugin data and until they do or we acquire them from a third party, we cannot make the units compatible with simbin titles. Please bear in mind that we will always keep trying to acquire the Simbin game plugin data so that we can someday make these units compatible with simbin games.
Slimjim, TMF & EViL Group have released Formula
One 1991 mod, which was carefully converted from
GP4, bringing yet another historic exciting season
to rfactor. This mod was originally created by Erik
Van Leeuwen’s for GP4.
Since this is a league edition mod, all cars have
the same physics for equal racing. If you´re looking
for realistic 1991 cars, you should wait for the
full historical version of this mod.

feedback on this release
FSONE at this stage of the game looks to be the
first group that is going to be releasing an F1
2008 mod. Codex has posted a video of Renault 08
already in-game on youtube earlier this week.
Could this be the mod to watch out for this year?
The video can be seen below. Please keep in mind
that this may not be the final production of the
renault.
CTDP group have released more previews from their
latest & upcoming project, taking us back to
1994. Yup that's right Formula One 1994.
Below are the newest previews, showing the Mclaren
MP4-9 with three different tobacco/non-tobacco liveries.
The MP4-9 was powered by a Peugeot V10 engine and
driven by Mika Häkkinen, Martin Brundle and Philippe
Alliot.
